The filet (or tenderloin) is the most tender of beef cuts. This recipe is easy and consistent every time.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eight ounce filets

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp SpicyGreek Meat Blend

Directions

  • Rub olive oil over both filets.

  • Rub SpicyGreek® Meat Blend on both sides and around the outside of each filet.

  • Place in a glass dish or bowl and let marinate for two hours in the refrigerator.

  • Grill to an internal temperature of 130° for medium rare. Serve with your favorite vegetables.
