  • 1 tbsp SpicyGreek Meat Blend

Ingredients

  • 2 Eight ounce filets
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp SpicyGreek Meat Blend

Directions

The filet (or tenderloin) is the most tender of beef cuts. This recipe is easy and consistent every time

  1. Rub olive oil over both filets.
  2. Rub SpicyGreek® Meat Blend on both sides and around the outside of each filet.
  3. Place in a glass dish or bowl and let marinate for two hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Grill to an internal temperature of 130° for medium rare. Serve with your favorite vegetables.
