Directions
This salad is the most popular of Greek dishes that is enjoyed year around. In a large bowl, mix lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers and onions. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar and SpicyGreek® Vegetable Blend and toss. Garnish with Feta Cheese and Greek Olives to your liking and top off with a few more sprinkles of SpicyGreek® Vegetable Blend to finish.
Note: To add some spicy heat, add pepperoncini to your salad. For a complete meal, top your salad with steak, chicken breast or your favorite seafood.
